TERRY -- Mildred L. Hobbs, 76, a homemaker, died of heart failure Monday at St. Dominic/Jackson Memorial Medical Center in Jackson.

Services are 3:30 p.m. today at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Jackson with burial in Lakewood Memorial Park Cemetery in Jackson.

Mrs. Hobbs, a Scott County native, was a member of the First Baptist Church. She had lived in Terry 14 years after moving from Rogers, Ark.

Survivors include: daughter, Margaret Hobbs Barron of Crofton, Md.; son, Charles H. Hobbs of Penticton, British Columbia; sister, Lurline Whitehead of Terry; brothers, Herman F. Savell of Terry and Cecil Savell of Poplarville; and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
