Miriam V. Cole

Miriam V. Cole, 78, of Olla, died Saturday, July 9, 2005, at the Glenwood Medical Center in West Monroe.

She was a homemaker and was retired from Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas.

Services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 12, at the First Baptist Church in Urania with Rev. Bo Prather officiating.

Interment will follow on Thursday, July 14, at the Memory Gardens Cemetery in Lamar, Missouri. Local arrangements were under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Olla.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Cole; her mother, Ether Gates McDaniel; and her sister, Leola Cole.

Survivors include three sons, Don Cole of Seneca, Mo., Larry Cole of Kowia, Ok. And Kenneth Cole of Claremore, Ok.; two brothers, Buddy Pepper of Satelite City Beach, Fla. and Doyle Pepper of Columbia; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers include Jeff Pepper, Kenny Connors, Hollis Gates, Joe Wilson, Dub Comeaux and Kenny Sikes.
