Monroe Rollen

Funeral services were conducted for Monroe Rollen, 44, who died November 1, 1963. The Revs. Meredith Hair and Carl Bennett conducted the services which were held in Boeuf River Baptist Church at 3:30 p.m., November 3.

Born December 10, 1918, Mr. Rollen was a retired farmer and public worker.

Interment followed in Ogden Cemetery.

Mr. Rollen is survived by his wife, Mrs. Olean Rollen; two sons, Clarence Edward and Ronnie Rollen, Winnsboro; three sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Antley, Pineville, Mrs. Esther Howard, Monroe, Mrs. Ruth Ingram, Winnsboro; seven brothers, Woodroe, Cotton Valley, Lloyd, Monroe, William C., Spring Hill, Marshall, Denver, Colo., Douglas, Winnsboro, Jerry, Winnsboro and Henry P., Winnsboro; his father, Henry Rollen, Winnsboro and his step-mother, Mrs. Mabel Rollen, Winnsboro.

Pallbearers were Pete Wiggins, Faye Wilson, A. B. Hicks, Howard Brown, Jeff Hawsey and J. A. Ingram.
