MORRIS E. LEWIS

Morris E. Lewis, 73, of 303 West McNeese street, died today at 11 a.m. of a heart attack.

He was a retired merchant and had been connected with the Gaylor Container Corporation of Bogalusa.

Mr. Lewis was a native of Bogalusa and moved to Lake Charles two years ago.

He is survived by his wife, one brother, T. J. Lewis, of Oakdale; two sisters, Mrs. M. D. Lewis and Mrs. D. A. Dean, both of Kentwood.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the American Legion and a veteran of WWI. He was also a member of the Trinity Baptist church in Lake Charles.
