Murline Vera Barrow
Mrs. Murline Barrow, 73, of Starks, Louisiana passed away on May 1, 2006 at Hermann Memorial Baptist Hospital in Orange. She was a native of Zwolle, Louisiana, born on November 11, 1932 to parents Edward Gilcrease and Hazel Adams Gilcrease. She had lived in Port Arthur until 1976, then moving to Starks, La. She was a member Troupe Memorial Baptist Church in Lakeview and she was a member of the Port Arthur Bowling League. Mrs. Barrow was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Barrow.
She is survived by her sons, Lloyd Barrow and his wife Cindy of Orange, Tx, Eddie Barrow and his wife Donna of Starks, La; brothers, Charles Gilcrease of South Carolina, David Gilcrease of Huntsville, Thomas Gilcrease of Mauriceville; grandchildren, Amanda Dille, Brant Barrow, Kaylee Barrow, Hannah Barrow; great grandchildren, Justin Dille, and Ashlee Dille.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2006 from 4p.m. until 8 p.m. at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at 10 A.M. at the funeral home, with Rev. Jeremy Shields officiating.
