Joe Dunn

KELLY (Special) -- Funeral services for Murphy Joe Dunn, 56, of Kelly, were to be held at 2 p.m. today at the Old Bethel Baptist Church, west of Clarks, with the Rev. W. A. Massey and Doris Dearman officiating.

Burial was to be in Sardis Cemetery near Kelly, under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia.

Mr. Dunn died Thursday morning at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Alexandria after a long illness.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Oleta Dunn of Kelly; one son, Bernard Dunn of Grayson; one daughter, Mrs. Charles Cruse of Olla; two brothers, Holmes Dunn and I. O. Dunn, both of Grayson; one half-brother, Andrew Dunn of West Monroe; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Rogillio of Grayson, and one grandchild.

Pallbearers were to be O. D. Tarver, Sandy Caraway, Louis Dunn, Buel Meredith, Otis Darden and Otis Tarver.
