Graveside services for Myrtie Estelle Smith, 96, of Bryan are set for 11 a.m. Thursday at Steep Hollow Cemetery.
The Rev. Lawrence Smith will officiate.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Callaway-Jones Funeral Home in Bryan.
Mrs. Smith died Monday at St. Joseph Manor.
She was born in the Steep Hollow community of Brazos County and lived most of her life in Bryan and College Station. She was a homemaker and a charter member of Calvary Baptist Church in Bryan.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, John T. Smith.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, John and Frances Smith and Ray and Becky Smith, all of Bryan, and Jerry and Carrol Smith of College Station; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
