Nancy Jane Mancil “Flup” Bailey, 71, of Center, went to be with the Lord on January 8, 2007. She was born September 28, 1935 to Noel Mancil and Josie Renfro Mancil. Nancy was a Christian homemaker. She loved her music and playing the French harp on Ms. Mattie Dellinger's party line. She was a member of Neuville Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 11, 2007 at Watson & Sons Chapel in Center with Bro. Jack Forbis officiating. Interment will follow at Neuville Cemetery in Shelby County.

Pallbearers will be John Mancil, Cody Brown, John Parks, Jody Windham, Herman Ramirez and Scott Watson. Honorary pallbearer will be Regie Brown.

Husband of 31 years, Hughy Gene Bailey of Center

Son, Jimmy Dale Bailey of Nacogdoches

Earline Mancil of Bronson

Merline Byley of Breckinridge

Mother-in-Law & Father-in-Law, J. Hugh & Johnny Bailey

Julienne Hughes, Stephanie Hutto, Daisey Mae and Bo Jones, Jeanie Amburn, Barbara and Billy Amburn the Jimmy Parks Family, Charles Bagget and Ronnie and Burrell Williams.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 am, Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.
