MRS. NANNIE BLACKLEDGE
Funeral services for Mrs. Nannie Blackledge, 84, of Montrose were held Monday, 3 p.m., from the Montrose Baptist Church. The Revs. J. M. Foy, E. D. Crenshaw and Rupert Blue officiated, with burial in the Palestine Cemetery.
Mrs. Blackledge died Saturday in the Jasper General Hospital, Bay Springs.
She is survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Mary Byrd, Mrs. Eddie Hodge, Mrs. Mode Davinport and Mrs. Richard Hodge, all of Route 6, Laurel; Mrs. Calbert Ulmer and Mrs. G. W. Blackledge, both of Montrose, and Mrs. Rowan Parker, Dallas, Tex.
Three sons, Jeff Blackledge, Bob Blackledge, and Homer Blackledge, all of Laurel; three sisters, Miss Betty McDaniel and Mrs. Molly Theologes, both of Laurel, and Mrs. Cenie Blackmon, Picayune; two brothers, O. M. McDaniel, Sandersville, and J. C. McDaniel, Beaumont, Tex.; 44 grandchildren, 87 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Memory Chapel, Bay Springs, was in charge.
