Neecy F. Maxey

HORNBECK - Funeral services for Neecy Farris Maxey, 84, will be at 4 p.m. today, July 21, in Hornbeck United Pentecostal Church. The Rev. Doyle Carpenter and William Hughes will officiate. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery in Anacoco under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of DeRidder.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. in the church.

Mrs. Maxey died Thursday, July 19, 2001, in her residence.

She was a lifelong resident of the Anacoco-Hornbeck area. She was a member of Hornbeck United Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include one son, Wayne Farris of DeRidder; one stepson, Floyd Maxey of Bossier City; one stepdaughter, Charlotte Smith of Shreveport; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
