Nell Jean Parker
Mrs. Nell Jean Parker, age 82 of Sikes, Louisiana, passed away at the Autumn Leaves Nursing Home in Winnfield on Sunday, December 13, 2009.
Mrs. Parker was the daughter of the late Benjamin J. Parker and the late Nancy Erskins Parker. She is survived by one sister, Rose Willis and husband Puckett of Sikes. She was also survived by several nieces and nephews including Jennifer Buckley and Susan Willis.
Funeral services for Mrs. Parker will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 18, 2009 at the Sikes Baptist Church with Reverend Wallace Ingles officiating. Interment will follow in the Sikes Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family in the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Friday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until time of services.
