ROCK SPRINGS -- Nell Montgomery Harper of Rock Springs passed away Tuesday. She was the widow of Wallace Harper, retired beauty operator and member of Rock Springs Methodist Church. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Rock Springs Methodist Church. Burial in Rock Springs Cemetery by Stephenson-Dearman.
