SPRADLEY, MRS. NELL

Died Saturday, April 25, at 2:17 a.m. at her home following a brief illness. Age 49, she was a native of Gulfport, Miss., and a resident of 4963 Jackson St. She was in communications work at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital.

Body at Hollabaugh-Spindle Funeral Home from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, and after 8 a.m. Monday. Religious services at Hollabaugh-Spindle Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Monday, conducted by Rev. Calvin Rigdon. Interment in Green Oaks Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, C. C. Spradley, Baton Rouge; three sons, Carl, Joe M. and John Ray Spradley, all of Baton Rouge; three daughters, Mrs. W. C. (Carleen) Aflord [sic? Alford], Mrs. A. K. (Marie) Hare and Mrs. Edgar (Leatha) Arinder, all of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Mrs. A. A. Smith, Gulfport, Miss., and Mrs. Vincent Scarbrough, Biloxi, Miss.; one brother, Jessie Parker, Gulfport, Miss., and 11 grandchildren.

She was a member of First Pentecostal Church.
