BLANCHARD, NELL T.

Died 1:50 a.m. Monday, July 5, 1993, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 70, a native and resident of Baton Rouge. She was a Catholic Diocese of Baton Rouge employee.

Visiting was held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, with a rosary said at 7 p.m. Visiting at the funeral home 8:30 to 10:50 a.m. Wednesday. Religious services at St. Thomas More Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Wednesday, conducted by the Rev. Jerry Martin. Interment in Roselawn Memorial Park.

Survived by husband, Glenny P. Blanchard, Baton Rouge; a daughter, Donna Blanchard Leventhal, Charleston, S.C.; stepmother, Vernice Taylor, Baton Rouge; two brothers, H. Roy Taylor, Baton Rouge, and Charles B. Taylor, San Antonio,Texas; and a grandson, Paul Edward Dedeaux, Baton Rouge.

Preceded in death by a daughter, Jerri Lynn Blanchard; and a brother, Robert W. Taylor.

She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters of the Americas and president of C-BConstruction Co. Inc.
