MRS. NELLIE BRAZZELL

NATCHITOCHES -- Mrs. Nellie S. Brazzell, 79, died Thursday in her home.

Funeral services will be held today at 10 a.m. in the Provencal Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Provencal Cemetery under the direction of the First National Funeral Home.

Survivors are four sons, Albert Slaughter of Provencal, Sammie Slaughter of Los Angeles, Calif., Oscar Slaughter of Crossville, Ill. and Rev. Billy C. Jackson of Natchitoches; two daughters, Mrs. Lillie Boydstun [sic Boydston] of Natchitoches and Mrs. Francis Ham of Lampasas, Tex.; one brother George Craypo of Provencal; two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Byron of Saganaw [sic Saginaw], Mich. and Mrs. Louise Dearman of Boyce; and several grandchildren.
