C. N. DALTON

BASTROP, La., Aug. 3. --(Special)-- C. N. Dalton, well known insurance and real estate man of Bastrop, died at his residence here Wednesday morning.

Mr. Dalton, who was born and raised here, is survived by his wife, Mrs. Myrtle Caldwell Dalton; a brother, J. T. Dalton; a sister, Mrs. Emmett Dorman; and a niece, Justine Dorman, all of Bastrop; two nephews, James H. Dorman, Monroe, assistant district attorney of the Ouachita-Morehouse district, and T/Sgt. Frank Dorman, Bastrop; and two aunts, Miss Eunice Newton, Bastrop, and Mrs. B. C. Hall, Abbeville.

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the Methodist Church here with the Rev. H. M. Bennett and the Rev. Jowlly Harper officiating. Robinson Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Ferdinand Wolff, James Madison, Arthur McMeans, W. C. Hornsby, W. T. Smith, M. V. Orr, W. A. Page, and Leroy Mattison.
