NOEL LEROY McDANIEL

Funeral services for Noel LeRoy McDaniel, 78, Route One, laurel, who died in his home Wednesday morning will be held Friday morning at 10 o'clock at Mill Creek Methodist church. The body will remain at Thompson's Funeral Home until the funeral. Officiating will be the Revs. G. E. Wells, T. O. Matthews, and Jimmy Holder. Burial will be in Mill Creek cemetery. Mr. McDaniel, a life-long resident of Jones county, was a farmer and a member of the Glade Baptist church.

He is survived by six daughters: Mrs. O. B. McCarty, Laurel; Mrs. Matt Byrd, Route 1, Laurel; Mrs. Lester Barnett, Route 6, Laurel; Mrs. Alex Wall, Laurel; Mrs. Lucille Pittman, Houston, Texas; Miss Patricia McDaniel, Silas, Ala.; six sons: L. S. McDaniel, Laurel; W. W. McDaniel, Fairbanks, Alaska; LeRoy and Max Ralph McDaniel, Bay Springs; Maurice and Charles Elmer McDaniel, Silas, Ala.; eleven grandchildren; and two sisters: Mrs. Nannie Hicks, Route 6, Laurel; and Mrs. Alice Andrews, Route 4, Laurel.
