Odell Dampier
COLUMBIA -- Funeral services for Odell Dampier, 53, of 2606 Lee Ave., Monroe, were at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home here with the Rev. George Bonner officiating.
Burial was in Coax Cemetery at Baskin for Mr. Dampier who died Tuesday in E. A. Conway Hospital at Monroe after a long illness.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Pat Martin of Houston, Tex.; two sons, Cecil Ray Dampier and James Oscar Dampier, both of Houston, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Lucille Fatheree of Olla and Mrs. Alice Volentine of Monroe; and eight grandchildren.
