Odie Wright

NORPHLET -- Odie Lee Wright, 81, of Norphlet (Union County), died Friday at Medical Center of South Arkansas.

She was born April 7, 1923, in Calhoun County, a daughter of the late Doe Gilbert and Minnie Webb Gilbert.

She was a homemaker.

She was a Methodist.

She was preceded in death by one son, Terry Lloyd Wright.

Survivors include her husband, Floyd Wright, whom she married on Jan. 7, 1943; one son, Don Wright of Norphlet; one daughter, Diane Fife of Norphlet; one sister, Mary Anders of Jersey (Bradley County); and three grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Shady Grove Cemetery at Jersey. Arrangements are by Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
