FOREST -- Services for Oliver L. (Tad) Emmons, 73, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Salem Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Ott and Lee Funeral Home in charge.
Emmons died a[t] Lackey Memorial Hospital Thursday night after a[n] extended illness.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Freeman Waltman of Lake, Mrs. Lanzo Williamson of Jackson; three sons, Beardine Emmons of Lake, Coyt Emmons of Houston, Tex., Clark Emmons of El Cerriton, Calif. two brothers, Caly Emmons [sic Clay Evans] of Lake, Curtis Emmons [sic Evans] of Clinton; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
