Ollie V. Adams

WINNFIELD -- Services for Ollie V. Adams will be at 3 p.m. today in the chapel of Southern with Dr. Calvin Phelps and the Rev. C.S. Martin officiating. Burial will be in Harmony Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Adams, 76, of Dodson died at 3:30 a.m. in Lincoln General Hospital, Ruston.

Survivors include her husband, Troy Adams of Dodson; three sons, Glynn Adams of Lafayette, Nelton Adams of Camden, Ark., and Duane Adams of Bastrop; four daughters, Dale Culpepper of Pasadena, Texas, Viaud Walker of Atlanta, Texas, Jimmie Tarver of Winnfield and LaFaye Horne of Atlanta; three sisters, Hesper [sic Hester] Simons of Sikes, Ettie Chaddick of Shreveport and Tressie Parker of Dodson; 20 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
