Ora Mae Arender, 92, homemaker, died Monday, July 18, 2005, at Mississippi Care Center. Visitation will begin at 12 noon until 1:20 p.m. today at Ott & Lee Funeral Home of Morton. Services are 2 p.m. today at Polkville First Baptist Church with burial in Polkville First Baptist Cemetery.
Mrs. Arender was a lifelong resident of Smith County, Polkville, Miss. She was a member of Polkville First Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher, member of the choir, and WMU for a number of years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Sampson Arender.
She is survived by her sons, Cleon Arender and wife, Joyce of Pearl and Jay Arender and wife, Claudia of Polkville; daughters, Mrs. Audrey Rhinewalt of Morton and Mrs. Mary Lou Adair and husband, John of Brandon.; brother, Horace Hughes of Madison, ten grandchildren, and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
