Orelle Lydia Ferguson Thomas

SHREVEPORT, LA -- Services celebrating the life of Orelle Lydia Ferguson Thomas, 86, of Shreveport will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2011 in the chapel of Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, LA. Officiating will be Reverend Cecil Marr of Pinecroft Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Thomas entered into rest on Tuesday, July 26, 2011. She was a native of Winnsboro, LA and lived in Shreveport for 65 years.

Mrs. Thomas is survived by one daughter, Priscilla Meriam Raddatz and her husband, Royce, and their son, Mitchell Thomas of Lone Tree, CO; two sons, George Carroll Thomas of Maumelle, AK and his son, George Christopher Thomas; and one son, Darwin Eugene Thomas of Shreveport, LA, his wife, Toni, and their two children, Tegan Marie and Dustin Eugene. Mrs. Thomas was also blessed with many nieces and nephews.
