Oscar A. Evans, Sr., on Friday, May 21, 1976, at 5 o'clock p.m., beloved husband of Juanita Gunn; father of Paul, Oscar, Jr., Billy, Corbin, Ray, Carol and Lindel Evans, Mrs. Rosemary Cullen and Mrs. Bettye Kenan; brother of Maloye Evans, Mrs. Billie Sykes and Mrs. Evelyn King; also survived by 13 grandchildren, age 57 years, a native of Newton, Mississippi and a resident of Jefferson Parish for the past 15 years.

Relatives and friends of the family, also Square and Compass Masonic Lodge and Commonwealth Life and Accident Insurance Company, are invited to attend the funeral. Services from Schoen Funeral Home of Jeffereson and Company, 2310 Hickory Avenue at Sauve Road on Monday, May 24, 1976 at 10 o'clock a.m. Religious services at Parlor.

Interment in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. Sunday, May 23, 1976.

SQUARE AND COMPASS LODGE NO. 417 F. & A. M. The officers and members of this Lodge are requested to assemble at Schoen Funeral Home of Jefferson, 2310 Hickory Avenue, River Ridge, La., on Monday, May 24, 1976 at 9 a.m. to conduct the last sad rites over the remains of our late Brother, Oscar Allison Evans. All Master Masons are invited.
