Funeral Services Monday For Otha Jay Gregory, 66

Funeral services for Otha Jay Gregory, 66, of 801 Rosewood, were held at 3:30 p.m. Monday at Paul U. Lee Chapel, with the Rev. Robert Cheek, First Baptist Church pastor, officiating.

A Baytown resident since 1929, Gregory died at 9:30 a.m. Sunday in a hospital here. he was a native of Rockland, Tex.

Gregory retired Aug. 1, 1958, from Humble Oil & Refining Co.'s Baytown Refinery, where he was a pumper. He was a member of First Baptist Church and Goose Creek Masonic Lodge No. 1192.

Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Blanche Ione Gregory of Baytown; three sons, Bobby J. Gregory of Highlands, Fred Gregory of Fort Hood and Rex Rowell of Pearland; four brothers, T. A. Gregory of Baytown, W. H. Gregory of Port Arthur, Chester A. Gregory of Port Neches and Forrest Gregory of Houston; three sisters, Mrs. Taylor L. Fuller and Mrs. Royce Bracelton, both of Nacogdoches, and Mrs. David L. Reid of Port Arthur; and nine grandchildren.

Goose Creek Masonic Lodge No. 1192 had charge of graveside rites at Memory Gardens.
