BLAIR, OTTO S.
A resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Winchester, Tenn., he died Saturday, July 3, 2004, at Lane Memorial Hospital, Zachary. He was 90.
Visiting was at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Visiting at Foster Road Baptist Church from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Huey Moak. Interment in Blackwater United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Survived by his wife, Vallie Rhee Bailey Blair; two sons and daughters-in-law, Marty and Paula Blair of Baton Rouge and Vaughn and Edith Blair of Walker; a sister, Ruth Atkinson of Winchester; a brother, Joe Blair of Winchester; and six grandchildren, Jeremy Blair, Dawson Blair, Jason Blair, Michael Smith, Bonnie Sweat and Russell Weise.
Preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. S.V. Blair; two sisters and a brother.
He was a member of Foster Road Baptist Church.
