Patricia Ann Tracey, 70, a retired registered nurse, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012.
Service: Memorial Mass at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Stephen's Catholic Church. Concelebrating will be the Rev. John Casey and the Rev. Publius Xuereb. Rosary will be recited at 3 p.m. Sunday at St. Stephen's Catholic Church.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Catholic Daughters or the Ladies Altar Society in care of St. Stephen's.
Patricia Ann Tracey was born in Springhill, La., on Oct. 17, 1941, daughter of the late Fred Warren Smith and Hazel Ellen Turner Smith. She married the love of her life, Robert Tracey Sr., on June 30, 1962, in Shreveport, La. Patricia was a dedicated nurse who demonstrated great compassion to the sick for over 25 years. Pat was a member of St. Stephen's Catholic Church, the Catholic Daughters of America, the Ladies Altar Society and the Texas Republican Women's Association. She was also a member of the Benevolent Order of the Does of Arlington.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Rebecca Plath and Frances Smith.
Survivors: Her husband, Robert C. Tracey Sr.; son, Robert C. Tracey Jr. of Hawthorne, Fla., and his children, Robert Tracey III and Mary Anne Tracey; daughter, Elizabeth Weaver and husband, Steve, of Aledo and their children, Michael and David; and a host of other loving family and friends.
