Ms. Patricia A. Sullivan

SULLIVAN, Ms. Patricia A., RN, BSN, MPH, age 72 of Franklin, TN, August 2, 2012. Beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to all. In addition to her nursing career, she served as Captain in the U.S. Air Force Reserves.

Survived by daughters, Barbara (Mike) Kakta of Franklin, TN and Jeanna Suggs of Atlanta, GA; sister, Jean Farquhar of Acworth, GA; grandchildren, Nick Atkinson, Sean, Lindsay and Jessica Kakta, Lauren (Nate) Schawang and Ryan Suggs; great grandson, Caleb Suggs. Nephews, Matt and Murray Farquhar of Acworth, GA.

Graveside services and entombment will be conducted 12:00 Noon Saturday, August 4, 2012 in Williamson Memorial Gardens Remembrance Mausoleum. Family to serve as pallbearers.
