Patricia W. Collins, age 81, passed away on Wednesday July 3, 2013.

Beloved wife of Louis Newman Collins, Sr. of 53 years. Loving mother of Louis Newman Collins, Jr. and Keith Patrick Collins (Gina). Proud grandmother of Sophie, Carly, Luke, Jack, Grace, Seth and Drew. Sister of Donald Whittington and Jeff Larson. Daughter of the late Cecil Whittington of Gloster, MS and Era Larson of Columbia, LA.

Survived by her Uncle Ottis Whittington.

Patricia loved spending time in the kitchen preparing meals for her family and was known for her talent on the piano. In her free time she enjoyed traveling, especially going on cruises with her husband. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Bld. Metairie on Monday July 8, 2013 at 11:00am.

Visitation from 9:00am until time of service. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
