PATRICK C. CRUM

Patrick C. ``Buttons'' Crum died Monday, May 6, 2002, at River Region Medical Center. He was 69.

A native of Port Gibson, Mr. Crum was a former resident of Tallulah and had lived in Vicksburg since 1985. He retired from Waterways Experiment Station as a machinist where he was the foreman of the machine shop.

Mr. Crum was of the Methodist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, B.C. and Martha Mae Crum.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Crum; a daughter, Patti Webb of Vicksburg; a granddaughter, Lindsey Webb of Vicksburg; a grandson, Robert Webb of Vicksburg; a brother, Bryan Crum of Canton, Texas, and three stepsons.

Services will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kent Campbell, pastor of Woodlawn Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Wintergreen Cemetery in Port Gibson.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Chris Guthrie, Terry Booher, Joe Smith, Walter Cade Jr., Robert Smith and Spencer Sevier.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kirk Harper, Loretta Hills, the staff at River Region Home Care, the staff at Renex Dialysis Center, the staff of the critical care unit at River Region Medical Center, Janet Wolk, R.N., Dr. Michael Davis, Dr. David Halinski and Dr. Lee Giffin.
