Patsie Stinoff
Patsie Stinoff, Age 76, was laid to rest on January 25, 2015, in Monroe, Louisiana. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at Griffin Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA on February 7, 2015, with Rev. Butch Pilcher officiating.
Patsie was born on April 14, 1938, in West Monroe, LA., a graduate of West Monroe High School and studied at Northeast Louisiana University. She served on the Board of Directors of Strauss Playhouse Little Theatre, Board of Props and was the Hospitality Chairman. She was also active in several Little Theatre productions with her son Marc. Patsie was also a member of the following organizations: Dixie Chapter #179 Order Of Eastern Star, The Laurel Mississippi Garden Club, Secretary of Village De L'Est Home Owner Association, and The New Orleans Garden Club. Patsie was employed at Bell South in Monroe, LA and Laurel, MS., and was a member of Whites Ferry Road Church of Christ where she worked and fellowshipped with the Golden 60’s for many years.
Mrs. Stinoff was preceded in death by her husband Steve Stinoff of West Monroe, LA, her parents Rev. J.R. Franks and Marguerite Stovall Franks, her son Eric Lee Rials and her brother Frederick Lowe Franks.
Mrs. Stinoff is survived by her son Marc Henry Rials and wife Ashley Rials of Jacksonville, FL, her daughter Genia Ann Rials Canales and husband Darren Canales and her two beautiful granddaughters Devyn and Dakota Canales. Those two beautiful girls were the light of her life. Also, her brother Sonny Franks and wife Barbara of West Monroe and her sister Joan Boyd of West Monroe; her grandchildren Shane, Scott, Heather, Kelly, Jesse, Dobie, Daniela, Denver, Dawson, Luke and Daniel; stepchildren Letty, Dennis, Gail and Kerby and finally a vast number of cousins, nieces and nephews.
