Paul M. Greer

JENA -- Services for Paul Matthew Greer will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Hixson Brothers with the Revs. Terry Doughty and Charlie Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Eden Cemetery, Trout.

Greer, 78, of Trout died Friday, Aug. 11, 2000, in St. Frances Medical Center, Monroe.

He was an operator with Trunkline Gas, Pollock, and a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Stephens Greer of Trout; one daughter, Paula Virginia Toler of Jena; two sons, Stephens Aubrey Greer of Milwaukee, Wis. and Gary Glenn Greer of Rodgers; three sisters, Bertis Hodge of Jena, Elmer R. Greer and Cleo Steen, both of Midway; one brother, Marion Lee Greer of Hurricane Creek; two grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Loe, Reggie Loe, Chet Whatley, Phillip Thompson, Eldridge ``Punk'' Bennett and Lonnie Thompson.

Friends may call from 2-10 p.m. today in the funeral home.
