Pearlie A. Chevallier Chapman Schultz

Pearl Schultz, age 89 of Erie, went to be with the Lord after a long illness on Saturday, July 28, 2012. She was born in Louisiana on January 3, 1923, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Ivey Chevallier.

Prior to her retirement she worked as a telephone operator and had also been employed by Welch Foods, Inc. in North East.

Pearl enjoyed traveling, playing Bingo and spending time with her family and dog Quincey.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Chapman; her daughter, Barbara Chapman; a brother, Tom Chevallier and her second husband, Stanley Schultz.

Survivors include her granddaughter and caregiver, Sabrina Mitchell (fiancé Oscar Santiago) of Erie; a step-son, Rick Schultz (Elizabeth) of Florida; great-grandsons: Kenneth and Kyle Mitchell of Erie and her longtime dear friend, Sally Dickerson.

No calling hours will be observed. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at North East Cemetery. The Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., EAST, 2607 Buffalo Rd. is handling arrangements.
