Pearif [sic Pearlie] E. Gresham Is Buried Near Gloster

GLOSTER, Aug. 28. -- Pearif [sic Pearlie] E. Gresham, aged 65, died in Vicksburg at the home of his stepson, Kahn Whittington. Mr. Gresham was a native and life long resident of the Mount Olive community and had gone to Vicksburg to receive medical attention.

The remains were brought back to Gloster and conveyed to the home. Funeral services were held in the Gresham cemetery at 10 o'clock, the Rev. D. H. Cassels of Gloster officiating. He is survived by a widow and two daughters, Mrs. B. F. Campbell and Mrs. Vonnie Campbell.
