Mrs. Peggy Ford

Funeral services for Mrs. Peggy Ford, age 57, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 6, 2003 at First Baptist Church in Harrisonburg with the Rev. Ralph Webber officiating. Interment will follow at Heard Cemetery in Manifest under the direction of Community Memorial Funeral Home of Winnsboro.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 5, 2003 at First Baptist Church in Harrisonburg from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Mrs. Ford died Thursday, July 3, 2003 at E.A. Conway Hospital in Monroe.

She was a resident of Jonesville, a cosmetologist, and a member of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Ford is preceded in death by a son, Sammy Lee Ford.

Survivors include her husband, Henry Lee Ford of Jonesville; daughter, Lisa Ford Sikes and husband James of Harrisonburg; four sisters, Shirley Elder of Texarkana, Texas, Carolyn Nicholson of Jefferson, Rosemary Palmer of Texarkana, Texas and Pam Pozzi of Jefferson; one brother, Michael Medina of Texarkana, Texas; two grandchildren, Saxton Ford Sikes and Darby LeeShae Sikes of Harrisonburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
