Probate Court Regular Term Oct 10th 1853 p. 217

The ape and voucher of Oliver S Quinn Sheriff and by virtue of his office as Sheriff Administrator of the Estate of John Wallace deceased having been filed for allowance and final settlement of said estate and ____ examined and stated for allowance and final settlement of said estate and ____ examined and stated for final settlement this day and notice having been given by advertisement at the Court House Door and three other public places notifying all persons interested to appear and contest said ape on this day and no person appearing to contest the ape the same is allowed as stated in which the administrator charges himself of having received into his hands from all sorces the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars and fourteen cents and claims on dets for monies paid out on debts for court costs and allowance to administrator the Sum of Sixty four dollars and one cent which leaves a balance in the hands of the administrator of eighty six dollars and 13 cents and it appearing to the ape filed that Pulaski Wallace has filed a claim against said estate amounting to one hundred and Seventeen dollars and 40 cents which makes the Estate Insolvent and the said Pulaksi Wallace entered his agreement on said ape that he would ____ in full payment for his claim the said sum of eighty six dollars and 13 cents and the Court assenting to said agreement. It is ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court that Oliver S Quinn pay to the said Pulaski Wallace the said sum of Eighty Six Dollars and 13 cents being the estate amount in his hands belonging to said Estate and that he pay the last of the administration for which execution may ____ and that this settlement be made final and admitted to record.
