Funeral: Graveside service at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Coalville Cemetery.
SAUCIER --- R.J. Bellew Sr., 76, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999, in Biloxi.
Mr. Bellew was born in Biloxi and remained a lifelong resident of the Coast. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and retired from civil service in 1972.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Preston and Laura Bellew; and a brother, Thomas V. Bellew.
Survivors include his wife, Mary L. Rouse Bellew of Saucier; a son, R.J. Bellew Jr.; a brother, Jessie G. Bellew of Long Beach; a sister, Euna V. Brown of Biloxi; and a grandchild.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 p.m. in Coalville Cemetery.
