WEATHERFORD -- R.O. Upchurch, 87, who retired from General Dynamics after 32 years, died Friday, May 9, 2003, at a hospital.
Funeral: 3 p.m. Monday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Burial: Johnson Cemetery.
Memorials: Auxiliary House, Baylor All Saints, in care of Marge Upchurch.
R.O. was born Nov. 28, 1915, in Waxahachie.
Survivors: Wife, Marge Upchurch; daughters, Janice Gilbert and Rita Tandy; sons, John and Charles Sharp; sisters, Gertrude Thigpin and Lillian Goodnight; brothers, Lawrence and Wilson Upchurch; 15 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
