Died 11:10 p.m. Friday, March 13, 1987, at his residence in Baton Rouge. He was 62, and a native of Selma. He was a retired Utility Pump House operator with Copolymer and U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 10 a.m. until religious services, 2 p.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Martin Hernandez. Burial in Greenoaks Memorial Park.

Survived by wife, Gwen Saizan Zeigler, Baton Rouge; a daughter, Cathy Sellers, Baton Rouge; a son, Wayne Zeigler, Baton Rouge; a sister, Dorothy Guynes, Dry Prong; a brother, Ray Zeigler, Georgetown; and three grandchildren. He was a member of VFW Post No. 4224, Baker.
