RALPH LAMBRIGHT

Services for Ralph William Lambright, 74, of 708 E. Adoue will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Paul U. Lee Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Roy Parker of First Baptist Church and W. M. Harbaugh of the Assembly of God Church officiating.

Lambright died at 3:25 a.m. Saturday at his home.

A native of Brookhaven, Miss., Lambright came to Baytown in 1921. He was a member of First Baptist Church and retired in 1974 from his business of home appliance repair.

Lambright was a member of a pioneer Goose Creek family and his brother, the late A. C. Lambright, operated an Humble service station at Sterling and North Main for many years.

Both Ralph Lambright and his other brother, Luke, were in appliance sales and service in the early days of the Tri- Cities.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Fay Lambright of Baytown; two stepsons, Wayne Mitchell of Jones Creek and Buddy Mitchell of Baytown; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Evelyn Bradbury of Highlands and Mrs. Rosa Johnson of Baytown; one brother, Luke Lambright of Dayton; and three sisters, Mrs. A. W. Day and Mrs. Sam Neelley, both of Houston; and Mrs. Audrey McCall of McComb, Miss.

Seven grandchildren also survive.

Burial will be in Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Dr. Kenneth Barts, Weldon Cox, W. E. Baumbach, Barry Johnson, Larry Lambright and Dr. Burnett Johnson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Malcolm Jones, Keith Cox, Sam Neelley and Bud Back.

Arrangements are under direction of Paul U. Lee Funeral Home.
