Williamson, Ramona Grace Whittington

A devoted mother, wife and grandmother, she died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006, at her home in Trophy Club, Texas.

She was born Aug. 21, 1928, in Baton Rouge. She loved to read and paint. A resident of Baton Rouge for most of her life, she moved to Trophy Club in April of 2006 to be close to her family.

Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Friday, Dec. 15, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral service at the funeral home on Saturday at 10 a.m.

She will be laid to rest beside her husband of 54 years, Sidney John Williamson Jr., at Resthaven Gardens of Memory on Jefferson Highway.

Ramona is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Dr. Jody Cremer of Keller, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Valerie Williamson of Trophy Club; son and daughter-in-law, Timothy and Teri Williamson of Woodville, Wis.; brother and sister-in-law, Doyle and Dottie Whittington of Baton Rouge; sister-in-law, Mary Whittington of Baker; brother-in-law, S.A. ``Bill'' Williamson; and seven grandchildren, Mary Williamson, Seth Williamson, T.J. Williamson, Sarah Williamson, Jenny Williamson, Peyton Cremer and Sydney Cremer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney John Williamson Jr.; and her brothers, Emil, Homer and Burnett Whittington.
