McComb Native Dies in Shooting

Randy Lusk, 40, a resident of Southaven, died February 17, 1989, in Southaven.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, February 20, 1989 in Hartman Funeral Home in McComb. Dr. Ken Kirk, Dr. Charles Bagwell and Rev. Oliver Ladnier officiated.

Mr. Lusk was born March 30, 1948, in McComb. He was the son of Floyd Lusk of McComb, who survives him, and the late Mattie Carter Lusk.

He was vice president and branch manager of Deposit Guaranty National Bank in Southaven and a member of North McComb Baptist Church, where he was a deacon.

Mr. Lusk also was active in the Boy Scouts of America, the Pike county United Way, the McComb Exchange Club and the American Cancer Society.

He also is survived by his wife, Susan Wood Lusk, Southaven; one son, Marc Lusk, Southaven; two daughters: Lauren Lusk and Jennifer Lusk, both of Southaven; and one brother, Robert Lusk, McComb.

Pallbearers were Johnny Stephenson, Don Magee, Ronnie Wilkinson, Robert Ingram, Danny Harrell and Phillip Williams.

Burial was in Hollywood Cemetery.
