Funeral services for Randy L. Coody, Sr., 47, of Monroe, LA, are at 10:00 AM, Friday, May 5, 2006, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, with Rev. Clay Dickson officiating. Interment is in Hebert Cemetery, Hebert, LA, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Coody was born December 31, 1958, in Monroe, LA, and passed away May 3, 2006, in Monroe, LA. Mr. Coody was a member of West Heights Missionary Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by an infant son, Jason Coody.

Mr. Coody is survived by two sons, Randy (J.R.) Coody, Jr., and wife Rachel, of Chattanooga, TN and David Coody of Florida; parents, Thomas and Lennie Coody of Monroe; brother, Steve Coody and wife, Summer of Hebert, LA; sister, Bridgette Coody of Farmerville, LA and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Vance, Robert Bolton, J.W. Holton, Buck Chapman, Travis Woods and Ted Johnson.

Visitation is this evening from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.
