Ray Anders

Ray Anders, 57, of Centreville, died there July 23, 2006, at Field Memorial Community Hospital.

Visitation is 6 to 8 tonight at Newman Funeral Home in Centreville. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Eddie Painter officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery in Centreville.

Mr. Anders was born Oct. 6, 1948, in Gloster to Raiford Anders of Centreville and the late Laura Kemp Anders.

He was an insurance agent and adjuster. He was a member of Centreville Baptist Church.

Survivors include his father; two sons, Cliff and Nickolas Anders, both of Centreville; and two sisters, Sandra Abry of Ponchatoula, La., and Lori Simpson of Centreville.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Simpson, Justin Simpson, Mark Abry, Drew Abry, Ronnie Babers and Wayne Bass.
