Ray L. Pinkston

ALAMO -- Ray L. Pinkston, 72, of Joliet, Ill., formerly of Alamo, retired millwright for Sheffield Steel, died of heart failure Wednesday at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet.

Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Ronk Funeral Home with burial in Oak View Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Pinkston, the widower of Geraldine Davis Pinkston, leaves a daughter, Janice Tharpe of Joliet; two sisters, Lucille Ballard and Margaret Thompson, and a brother, Neal Pinkston, all of Alamo, and five grandchildren.
