Mr. Ray Walley, 91, a native and resident of Sandhill, MS died Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at his residence in Sandhill. Mr. Walley was a member of Sandhill First Baptist Church and served as deacon.
He is preceded in death by his Wife, Bernice Walley; Daughter, Linda Gail Walley.
He is survived by his Son, Jimmy Ray Walley, Sandhill, MS; Daughter-in-law, Mary Walley, Sandhill, MS; Two Grandchildren, Linda Havard (Marty), Lucedale, MS, Sheldon Ray Walley (Barbara), Sandhill, MS; Six Great Grandchildren, Marissa Havard, Edee Havard, Bryce Havard, Stacey Walley, Layton Walley, Heather Smith.
Visitation for Mr. Walley will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday, December 29, 2010 in the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home, Waynesboro, MS.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 30, 2010 from the Sandhill First Baptist Church in Sandhill, MS with Dr. John Stodghill officiating. Interment will be in Sandhill Cemetery, Sandhill, MS.
