Lutz, Raylene Ann (Mullenix)
56 of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on November 15, 2013. She was born in Yuma, AZ on December 15, 1956 to Harold and Grace Mullenix.

She was predeceased by her father at the age of 3 years and was raised by her surviving mother, Grace Mullenix, and grandmother, Ruth Laseman.

She graduated from Yuma Union High School in 1974, she was a member of the high school band and during her sophmore year, they attended a band festival in Austria and then toured Europe. She enrolled at Arizona State University for one semester and then transferred back to Arizona Western College in Yuma where she earned an Associate Degree in business. Thereafter, she started working for the Citizens Title in Yuma. She was married in Yuma and later moved to Phoenix in where she was employed by title companies as a commercial title officer. She was a member of Southern Baptist Churches and also belonged to Alpha Omicron Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha, an international philanthropic association.

She is survived by an only child, Trevor Carl Lutz of Seattle, Washington, her mother, Grace Mullenix of Phoenix, AZ, an aunt Glenna Denton of Tempe, AZ, uncles Don (Betty) Mullenix of Fletcher, OK and Eldon (Janet) Mullenix of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by cousins, Jim (Carol) Denton of Tempe, AZ, Janell (Rodney) Rochelle of Paducah, TX and numerous cousins, both maternal and fraternal, many friends and co-workers.

Viewing will be held on Monday, November 18, 2013 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Tempe Mortuary, 405 E. Southern Ave., Tempe, AZ. A funeral service will be held at FSB Church on Mill, 1300 S. Mill Ave., Tempe, AZ, on Tuesday, November 19-, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. Burial will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 4310 E. Southern Ave., Phoenix, AZ.

Arrangements entrusted to Tempe Mortuary.

Memorial may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or, the ESA Foundation Scholarship Fund.
