WAGNER, RAYMOND RICHARD, April 11, 1969, in San Francisco where he had been making his home for the past 30 years. Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. E. N. Wagner and nephew of the late Dr. T. L. Loofbourrow of Eureka. Brother of Mrs. Ima Weigle of Eureka and Dale E. Wagner of San Francisco. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. A veteran of World War I, a native of Chico, age 79. Services will be held in San Francisco on Monday.
