CAMPTI - Services for Raymond V. Michiels will be at 1 p.m. today in Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church with the Rev. Sheldon Roy officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Park, Shreveport, under direction of Rose-Neath, Coushatta.
Michiels, 86, of Creston died Saturday in his residence.
He was a native of Alexandria and attended Louisiana State University. He retired in 1981 from Dealers Truck Equipment Co., Shreveport.
Survivors include his wife, Verda Miller Michiels of Creston; two sons, R. Vic Michiels Jr. of Atlanta, Ga., and David M. Michiels of Kenner; one daughter, Janice
L. Michiels of Slidell; two sisters, Cornelia Middleton of Alexandria and Evronie Nichols of Sunnybell, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.
