LOCAL AND PERSONAL

Miss Rebecca Blake died at the home of her son, Mr. J.A. Blake, at John[s]town, Wednesday morning. Her death is thought to have been principally caused by her old age, she being 89 years old. She was a devout member of the Baptist Church and had lived a life of usefulness. She is survived by one son and a host of relatives and friends. The remains will be interred at Schultz Creek Cemetery today.
